Executing DTSX from VB.NET 2003

We converted form SqlServer 2000 to 2005. We had dts packages which were used to import Excel data into the database. We re-created new dtsx packages to replace the old dts packages where they sit on a local drive. Our VB.NET 2003 application used to be able to run the old dts packages but we haven’t been able to figure out how to run the dtsx packages.

Any help would be appreciated.
